Kyle joins Birch Lake with more than five years of experience in private equity, transaction advisory services, and corporate strategy experience. At Birch Lake, Kyle focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities, and partnering with management teams on capital strategies and operation improvements.
Prior to joining Birch Lake, Kyle helped launch the financial due diligence and CFO services business unit at DPO&CO, a private equity consulting and principal investing firm. In his role, he led quality of earnings analyses for internal investments and client transactions, and contributed to investment evaluation, capital raising, and transaction execution. He began his career at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he worked on market research, data analysis, and forecasting before joining CityPoint Group, a real estate investment firm, where he sourced and underwrote multifamily transactions.
Kyle earned his B.S. in Finance from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota and is an alum of the Evans Scholarship Foundation.
