Nick Su Director, Birch Lake Associates, LLC
Nick joined Birch Lake from WP Global Partners, a private markets platform with more than $4 billion in assets. As a principal, he focused on direct/equity co-investments, private debt investments, and primary fund investments in the industrials, business services, consumer, and healthcare sectors. Nick previously worked as an investment banking analyst at Jefferies Group LLC.
At Birch Lake, Nick’s responsibilities as a Director include identifying, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities and client financial advisory engagements, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to develop and implement strategic operational, growth and other value-creating initiatives.
Nick serves on the Board of Advisors for the Bill Cook Foundation, a nonprofit organization that provides grants to help some of the poorest children in the world gain access to the best education possible. He holds a B.A. from Wabash College magna cum laude and an M.B.A. from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
